Why do I pay after, not before?
Because you should see what you're buying. Building a demo costs me some time; it costs you nothing. If it's not right for you, just say no thanks.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and paid directly by you, so it's always yours. If you ever leave the care plan, I'll send you all the site files.
How do I pay?
I email you an invoice. You can pay by card through PayPal (in most cases you don't need a PayPal account) or by bank transfer.
Where are you based?
In China. Everything happens by email or text, and I'm online during Australian business hours.
Will my website show up on Google?
I set up the things search engines look for: a page per service, your details in a format search engines can read, and a link from your Google Business Profile. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, and I won't.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes, any time, with no contract. I'll hand over your site files so you, or anyone you choose, can host it.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes, with businesses in New Zealand, the US, the UK and Canada too. Ask for pricing in your currency.
